"Last" Collaboration with Aalto Theater Essen
We are thrilled to announce our exciting project collaboration with the Aalto Ballet and Theater Essen, titled 'Last.' This innovative project will feature three distinct choreographic pieces by renowned choreographers Ana Maria Lucaciu, Ben Van Cauwenbergh, and Armen Hakobyan, accompanied by the mesmerizing music of The Velvet Quartet. 'Last' marks a unique collaboration between musicians and dancers, promising audiences an unforgettable experience at the intersection of music and movement.
During these performances, The Velvet Quartet will enchant audiences with a diverse string quartet repertoire, including works such as Schulhoff's 1st Quartet and '5 Pieces,' as well as Schubert's 'Death and the Maiden,' among others.
